Established in 2004, AJ Medical Products is a certified veteran-owned small business located in East Syracuse, New York. We sell medical equipment, supplies, and repairs. Our repair division offers repair services, preventive maintenance, and safety/performance inspections. Our engineers and technicians are well trained and have attended numerous training programs.

Richard Bozogian

Richard Bozogian

Chief Executive Officer / Electrical Engineer

Richard holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from SUNY Tech. He began his career at Rothschild Medical Supply after responding to a local newspaper ad seeking someone to repair medical devices. Over time, he significantly expanded and developed the repair department at Rothschild’s Medical Supply. Eventually, he negotiated with the owner, Alan Rothschild, to purchase the company and relocate it to East Syracuse, NY. Renaming it AJ Medical Products after his father, Arthur James Bozogian, Richard took pride in this achievement.

As a proud service-disabled veteran, Richard has always been proud of his military service. He has carried that dedication into his civilian life, focusing on serving his community for the past 20 years. Richard’s passion lies in assisting the local medical community by offering trusted sources for medical supplies, equipment, and repair services. He has also involved his son, Nathan Bozogian, in the business, ensuring that two generations of Bozogians are committed to delivering top-notch care for the medical equipment they service.

With over 40 years of experience in electronic repair, Richard is undoubtedly your expert for the repair of any of your devices. His extensive background and expertise make him a valuable asset in ensuring the efficient and effective repair of your equipment.

Michele French has been with AJ Medical since the company formed in 2004. Prior to her role at AJ Medical, she contributed to the growth of the repair department at Rothschild Medical Supply. Her experience extends to marketing at Eastern Copy Products. Michele graduated from Fayetteville Manlius High School and attended Bryant and Stratton Business School for accounting before opting for a different career path. Outside of work, Michele enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking. She is married to her husband Jay, and together they have two children and a granddaughter. Michele is dedicated to the future growth of the company and looks forward to working alongside customers to develop customized approaches that best suit their needs. She understands the importance of tailoring solutions to each client’s unique requirements and is committed to providing personalized support and guidance. With Michele’s extensive experience in purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and customer service, brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table to support your team.
