The Syracuse Community Health staff has been availing services from AJ Medical Products for the past five years. Their Bio-Medical engineers Nathan, Rick, and Apprentice Tyler, have always provided us with prompt and courteous service. We have been using their services for five years for our annual inventory, and medical equipment inspections.

They also provide excellent service after the sale and are always available for RFIs, estimates, and technical support. Recently, we relocated to a new facility and AJ Medical played a critical role in the move. They helped us move 95% of our medical equipment from our 87,000-square-foot facility to our new 65,000-square-foot facility. They were responsible for tracking inventory, and ensuring that the equipment was installed, inspected, and operational. I wanted to reach out and let you know about the experience we had with one of your employees, Nate.  I am the owner of Tara Animal Hospital in Oswego NY.  For the past few years we have had quarterly equipment inspections through Patterson Veterinary.  We switched over to AJ Medical after being less than impressed with the service we were receiving from Patterson.

Nate was GREAT!!!  I was in utter shock when he opened up our autoclave machine and showed us a problem and explained everything.  Patterson staff never took the time to actually look inside the machine itself.  I really appreciated how he took the time to look over the machines as if they were his own.  I was shocked when he was able to actually fix problems right there on the spot…..that never happened with Patterson.

Nate clearly is quite knowledgeable and it showed.  All my staff was impressed with his professionalism.

I just wanted you to be aware especially since excellent employees are hard to find lately.  If possible we would request Nate for every semi annual machine inspection visit.
